Website update

I've recently done a little editing on the Witchcraft Bibliography website to make it easier to get around and also to show pages under construction. The update schedule for the next three weeks is as follows:

the General page incorporating surveys, textbooks and collections;

the Demonology page;

and the Magic page.

I will also be creating lists of books available on Amazon as I go to help anyone wanting to locate these texts quickly.
